This evening, we proudly celebrated the graduation of Cohort 11, marking the culmination of a journey that began in August 2024. We also had the pleasure to hear from Denesha Miller with a powerful presentation “leading from the middle: thriving when your path is unclear” which created inspiring conversation around taking micro steps in moving forward through uncertainty.
For 11 strong years, The Training Connection has designed and supported a program specifically tailored for senior executives in government—empowering women leaders and building a powerful legacy of mentorship and service.
