Please join us for a one hour meeting with HR expert KC Coffman to discuss employee rights in the context of recent actions impacting Federal employees. KC is an accomplished executive coach, leadership strategist, and human resources expert with over 30 years of federal leadership experience, including serving nine years in the Senior Executive Service (SES) at the U.S. Department of Treasury and Department of Homeland Security. As the owner of Coffman Coaching, LLC, she specializes in leadership coaching, organizational development, and executive transition support, working with senior leaders in federal agencies and multinational corporations.
As you are aware, there have been several orders and actions impacting Federal employees at all levels of government and most agencies. We want you to be informed about your rights and options.
At the meeting, KC will provide some brief remarks about employee rights and open the floor for questions from attendees. We are holding the Zoom meeting this Tuesday, Feb. 4th at 6:00 pm.
