In August of 2020, Ms. Cave became the Deputy Associate Commissioner for the Office of Regulatory Affairs at the Food and Drug Administration. Previously she was the Assistant Commissioner of the Office of Enforcement and Import Operations and has the responsibility for providing direction and oversight of the Food and Drug Administration’s field import operations.
