Sara Kay, Director of the Executive Leaders Program at the Center for Homeland Defense and Security, will lead a discussion with the Executive Women in Government on how organizations and educational institutions can support women applying to advance degrees and certificate programs. The conversation will explore what barriers may exist to participation in these programs and how senior executives can support women who are new to government or mid-career in their advanced educational pursuits.
