Executive Women in Government (EWG) signed in April a historic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The purpose of the MOU is to provide for a cooperative framework for a mutually beneficial working relationship between OPM and EWG in regards to mentoring and advocating the advancement of women in senior leadership positions in the federal government.
“This is a step forward in allowing us to implement EWG’s mission of preparing, promoting, supporting and mentoring women for senior leadership positions in the Federal Government” said Ana Hinojosa, President of Executive Women in Government.
